  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 Business Days
  • Europe: 5–10 Business Days
  • International: 7–15 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs clearance, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

We may offer Free UK Shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available). You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your order may be delayed, returned, or incur additional delivery charges. Clickoria is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution where possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging
